FSBN Scholarship Shortlist

Federal Scholarship Board of Nigeria (FSBN) Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the FSBN Scholarship, you must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen.
  • Maintain a CGPA of 4.0 or higher.
  • Attain a JAMB score of 200 or more.
  • Attend a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
  • Achieve a minimum score of 75% in the previous Federal Government Scholarship Examination.
  • Ensure clear and accurate document uploads during the application process.
  • Provide a valid email address and phone number when applying for the scholarship.

FSBN Scholarship Examination Date for 2023

The FSBN scholarship examination is set to take place on October 14, 2023.

If you input your application number online to confirm the exam date and find that it displays a different candidate from the previous year, please note that the screening schedule has not been released yet.

If the result indicates “no records found,” it indicates that you have not been selected for the examination.

Remember that a minimum CGPA of 4.0 is required for eligibility.

Consider attending the exam only if it is conveniently located for you.

Federal Government Scholarship Examination

To access the Federal Government Scholarship Portal, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Federal Government Scholarship Portal.
  • Enter your phone number or the last 6 digits of your applicant number.
  • Click the “Check” button.
  • Print your examination slip for reference.

Instructions for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Examination

For the Computer-Based Test (CBT), you are required to respond to a total of 100 questions within a 90-minute timeframe, with each session comprising approximately 50 questions.

When attending the CBT venue, ensure you bring along a hard copy of your school or JAMB admission letter, as well as your CBT slip, which indicates the exam venue and time.

To avoid any complications, it is advisable to arrive at your designated venue at least one hour prior to the scheduled exam time. Please note that alterations to your exam schedule may not be possible if you arrive late.
